Dr. Jennifer was amazing and I was her patient for over 25 years. I have moved out of town and need to get my prescription for new glasses. When I called her at another office they told me that she has sold this practice. I need to contact this place for my prescription. I have tried for 10 days to get someone to answer the phone there. No answer, no answer, no answer. Very disappointing, doesn't seem that they are invested in the people in Southbridge the way that Dr. Jen was.
