Hi! I love that they make an extra effort to always respect my privacy. I never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable while I'm there. They are always extremely careful to respect my privacy and knock every single time before they enter the massage room. I never have to worry. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
