Never can speak to a nurse. If you leave a message it takes a week to get your medication refills taken care of, but only after you keep calling and calling and calling. I had to drive to the office after 10 days without my blood pressure meds.

I can't believe the Dr. makes me wait in a lobby for over minutes 50 and then another 30 minutes in an exam room and then another 20 minutes for a nurse to give me simple blood work orders.
