ANTI-INFLAMMATORY/AUTOIMMUNE/INFERTILITY/SENSITIVITIES
Focuses on identifying offending foods (if not already known) using patented MRT testing and the LEAP nutrition protocol to facilitate a diet which will relieve common associated symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, bloating, abdominal pain, brain fog, fatigue, headaches, acne/skin issues, weight gain/loss, and common diseases or issues that cause these symptoms. You will be provided with education using an anti-inflammatory nutrition protocol to remove intolerant foods & obtain optimal nutrition. Other sessions will focus on meal planning, grocery shopping, & more. The sessions will be customized to address your personal food sensitivities. {food sensitivity blood test: LEAP MRT- 150 foods/chemicals/additives tested)
SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Focuses on ideal nutrition & hydration before/during/after exercise, body composition assessment, personal nutrient needs, and avoiding issues such as cramps, gastrointestinal distress, dizziness, & fatigue. This package is for you if you are looking to improve performance. You will start by having a 1-on-1 nutrition & health assessment and then we will discuss goals and basics of nutrition. A personalized plan can then be created for you if you desire to learn the breakdown for your macronutrient goals, timing and portions of meals & snacks, and a hydration schedule for your activities. This package includes the first assessment/goal session and five more sessions for education and working towards goals. A grocery shopping tour is typically used for one of these sessions to teach shopping for foods that help boost strength, endurance, & recovery.
GENERAL WELLNESS
Focuses on achieving nutritional balance for health. The Registered Dietitian (Courtney) will provide education on ideal nutrition and will customize the sessions to your needs & interests. You can receive a personalized plan with this package as well. The General Wellness package typically includes the first assessment/goal session and five more sessions for education and working towards goals. A grocery shopping tour is typically used for one of these sessions to teach shopping for foods that strengthen the immune system, sustain daily energy levels, reduce fatigue & risk for disease, and improve/maintain overall health.
PRENATAL NUTRITION
Focuses on how to eat right for you and your baby so that you both can achieve the nutrition needed to promote optimal growth and health. With this package, Courtney will meet with you to conduct a one-two hour initial nutrition assessment, which will focus on identifying any nutritional deficiencies that your might have. You will receive basic teaching on necessary and nutritious prenatal eating practices, and guidance on which foods to avoid. Five follow-up consultations will provide you with meal planning advice, altering your diet to maximize important nutrients for your baby's growth, and additional nutrition education topics of your choice. We will track your progress as your pregnancy progresses. (A mini-session or a 2-pack session is also available.)
WEIGHT REDUCTION
Focuses on facilitating weight reduction and maintenance healthfully. Outline of the sessions is similar to the general wellness package, however, we will obtain measurements monthly, if you desire. In addition, you will receive five sessions for education and working towards goals. These five sessions, in addition to the first assessment, will help to provide regular support and ensure your understanding of weight management techniques. A grocery shopping tour is typically used for one of these sessions to teach shopping for foods that help improve daily energy levels, improve health, and keep you fuller longer without putting on weight.
RENAL NUTRITION/CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE
Focuses on managing dietary changes to help prolong your kidney function to help prevent End Stage Renal Disease. You will receive guidance on lowering high blood pressure or diabetes, if applicable, and managing labs that are typically out of range when you have kidney issues: potassium, phosphorus, albumin, parathyroid hormone, and more. With this package, Courtney will meet with you to conduct a one-two hour initial nutrition assessment, which will focus on your current diet habits and a general overview of the CKD/renal diet.
