Traditional strength training: free weight lifting, pull-ups and push-ups, resistance training, etc. Plyometric movements: ‘explosive’ physical fitness training used to jump higher, run faster or hit higher. Cardiovascular training: calisthenics, weight training, working a specific fitness course and plyometrics that result in your heart-rate increasing to the desired amount we determine to get you burning calories.
