I provide acupuncture treatments in a beautiful, peaceful Yoga Center in Warwick, NY. At the Yoga center, there is Massage, Yoga, Dance, Meditation and Acupuncture so there is healing being done all around you. Acupuncture is the use of sterile, stainless steel, one time use needles inserted into different points which are connected to channels, that are connected to nerves that are in places where there are organs which relate back to the point. By inserting a needle into a specific point, we are stimulating the bodies own healing system in order to return the body to balance. In Chinese Medicine, disease is caused by stagnation in the body, through the use of needles, nutrition counseling, cupping, Chinese herbs and moxibustion we are moving that stagnation.
