Business Description: We are a locally owned Spa and Fitness Center located in the heart of Marcellus. We offer over 12 different classes, and are family oriented. We offer classes to kids, teen , seniors, and everyone in between. We also offer a variety of relaxing spa services. You do not need to join the gym to use the Spa.

Services Services Offered: We offer Precor and Cybex treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and Arc trainers as well as a full strength training circuit featuring Cybex "Eagle" line of equipment, their premier line. Our powerhouse features TKO dumbbells, rubber plates, smith press, squat press and benches. We also have six Trixter X Bikes for cycle classes. There are also group fitness classes for all levels, beginner to advance. We offer classes for ages 3- 100! They are also fully equipped with locker rooms ,showers, and sauna's
