As an interactive, client-centered, and collaborative therapist my treatment approach is to provide support with insight and feedback to help clients address current challenges and long-standing issues. I find comfort in assisting others who are working through difficult periods, with sensitivity, compassion, and non judgement. I help individuals bring resolution to a wide range of life challenges. I value the uniqueness of all of my clients, therefore I draw from a selection of styles and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful for each individual. Together with each client I work to build on strengths and achieve life goals. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the challenges in your life. Therapy provides a way to increase our coping skills and may give us a sense of peace, serenity, and balance. I can walk beside you as you continue your journey towards growth, change, and self-fulfillment.
