Raised in North Texas, Jené graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, and then went on to receive her Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. She completed her graduate work at The Children's Advocacy Center of Collin County, and completed her post-graduate internship as part of Compass Counseling Clinic in McKinney, Texas.
ServicesJené enjoys working with individuals of all ages, couples, and families. She uses a series of counseling techniques including client-centered, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, play therapy, and solution-focused therapies, dependent upon what she sees will benefit each individual client the most. Jené has exceptional experience working with teenagers, adults, children, individuals who experience anxiety and panic disorders, grief, life transitions, and parenting. Her goal is always to see her clients succeed in feeling happier and more fulfilled in their lives!
