Active Life Chiropractic is owned and operated by Drs. Nathan and Kristina Coppock of Yakima, Washington. They have recently opened their doors and are eager to help get people in the Yakima area back to the activities they love. The Drs. see each patient as having their own unique set of circumstances, and thus treatment is tailored to each patients individual needs, with an emphasis on patient education and participation. Dr. Nathan and Dr. Kristina know that for patients to get long lasting results from any type of care that the patient has to be an active member of the team. Thus, they teach the patient a variety of strategies to keep them out of pain and out of the office.

Services The Drs. specialize in sports injuries, but utilize their skills in this area to treat all types of injuries that walk through the door. Wheather you are having headaches, neck pain, back pain, shoulder/arm pain, hip/knee/ankle pain, or have suffered a work or auto accident injury, Dr. Nathan and Dr. Kristina Coppock can help get you past the injury and on with your life. Treatments include chiropractic adjusting, soft tissue work, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, stretching, muscle energy techniques, taping, therapeutic exercise, and nutritional advice. While each patient will require something a little different the Drs. always teach their patients how to stretch and strengthen key muscles to avoid further aggravation and reinjury.
