I am dedicated to challenging the status quo in healthcare. My primary purpose is restoring your health. Movement is a large component of your health. It is my goal to maintain your proper movement patterns.
I am confident in my Chiropractic, Rehab, and Training skills and I am continuously looking to further expand my knowledge base. There are 4 fundamental principles that resonate within me. These principles are:
I have a strong athletic background, and as such, I approach chiropractic, rehabilitation, strength & conditioning with that mindset. I evaluate the body while in motion, and identify improper movement patterns. I use several different tools to create a proper balance of mobility versus stability in the body. I am a firm believer that rehab, training, and chiropractic care are key parts of an individual’s health.
I played collegiate baseball in which, I excelled due to my proper technique and form. This same dedication to proper function and technique has carried over into my professional career as well.
I use these fundamental principles to help you live an active lifestyle. This will allow you the freedom to live your live to the utmost potential. I feel very strongly about reaching your optimal functional movement. I use innovative and elite evidence-based functional training techniques. A few of the techniques I utilize are:
Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) Functional Movement Screens (FMS) Active Release Technique (ART) Motion Palpation Institute (MPI) HardStyle Kettlebell Certified (HKC) Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS)

I was sent to Dr Dixon for PT. I like the fact that he does not focus on one body part but on how the whole system functions (or does not) to cause issues. He is great at catching poor form and trying new thing until he finds something that works. He is very passionate about his work. My only issue is that he has his hands in many different pots, so is very busy and not always available anymore. There needs to be 2 of him.
