If I could give this place a 0 I would have. First I had to wait over my appointed time when the dr was just sitting in office. After 10 minutes of waiting over the appointed time I asked when I would get in as I live out of town. First I was told dr was with someone else then I got right in. I felt sorry for the receptionist being made to lie when it was obvious the dr was with no other client as we saw her walk through the 40 minutes prior alone. When we got into the office she didn't even introduce herself so I didn't know her name, she made me wear mask over my nose when I had just had sinus surgery and I was to be there for a memory test not a psychological test so I was blind sided when she was asking me very personal questions and then she laughed at the answers. It's clear this woman KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, FAMILY VIOLENCE OR ALCOHOLISM. I wanted to get up and walk out but didn't know if my bf would follow me. This woman had me so mad I was crying. She took it upon herself to set up tele health counseling sessions and for the memory test she besides some other type of test she set me up for a personality test. I don't need a personality test to find out what's gong on with my memory. Once I got home and thought about it I cancelled the appointments made. This is very unprofessional office. She had makeup all over her white tank top and kept putting her hand in the back of her skirt I guess to pull it up?? I would NEVER recommend this office for ANYTHING!!! STAY AWAY!!!
