Our practice is conveniently located along Highway 75 on the South side of Sioux Center, IA. We are located in the same building as Zeutenhorst Financial, where the old Agency 212 used to be. We are located on the East side of the road, and you can find us by looking for the American flag in front of our building.

Dr. Derek Kosters has been trained to diagnose and treat headaches, neck pain, back pain, joint pain, sciatica, sports injuries, and car accident injuries.
