Joanne Wood:
My physical therapist Dewey & the staff are amazing! I went in because I hurt my wrist almost a year ago bowling. I had lost strength in my hand and I would drop things occasionally. Go to find out, I actually hurt my neck and my wrist was a result of it. No wonder my neck was sore and tight. After a month and a half of working with Dewey and doing my exercises at home that he gave me, I finally feel so much better. I can move my neck, I am not dropping things and my strength in my hand is so much better. I still need to continue to put in the hard work but it is all worth it when you start seeing the results. I have learned that physical therapy is a huge benefit! How did I not go a year ago when I hurt myself. -- My 12 year old daughter also went here to strengthen her ankle after she fractured it a few months prior. I loved how they really put in the time to help her ankle be stronger and gave her exercises to do at home. Towards the end of her physical therapy, they would really work her to make sure she could run on it and prepare her to play soccer again. She really enjoyed working with therapist Cassie. There is a huge benefit in going to a physical therapist, you have the accountability, they help you do it correct it, they give you more exercises as you go and they can see if you are improving.
