Board-Certified Psychiatrist with 20 years experience in various settings, including inpatient hospital, outpatient practice, and addiction treatment facility. Currently, I have a holistic outpatient private practice. I value client-focused treatment that is not subject to the intrusions or time restraints of insurance-based practice.

I provide medications and/or psychotherapy, and the combination of the two has been shown to be the most effective treatment for many problems. At times, I also recommend exercise or dietary changes, and teach basic relaxation or meditation techniques.
