I offer two very different types of yoga classes. My Gentle yoga class includes a lot of stretching. This class is great for the beginner who wants to learn yoga poses or for a yoga student who needs some special TLC to help them achieve the benefits of a yoga practice slowly and with modifications. The second class is a Vinyasa flow. This class is a quick pace linking breath to the movements. Previous yoga experience is necessary for this class. At Elite fitness, the first class is free.....thereafter you have the option to join the gym for $35 a month, and get all the classes on the schedule and gym equipment included.
