I visited Kristen at her Wrightstown location and quickly realized I was in the midst of a professional. My husband and I have been through nutritional counseling/weight loss together through using our insurance. In the past, we did not feel we were provided with enough support and education. Within the very first session, Kristen provided us with tools that we could use that day as well as hope for the future.

Within just a few weeks, both my husband and myself have lost a significant amount of weight and have truly made the connection between food and health. She emphasizes that "dieting" does not work and gently yet firmly encourages change.

I would highly recommend Inspire Nutrition to anyone who is looking for premamant lifestyle guidance and chages.
