SmartFITT LLC is a local, small business that specializes in creating individualized exercise programs for people. SmartFITT strives to enhance peoples lives through exercise. There is no need to be afraid of exercise any longer. Scientific measurements allow our exercise physiologist to develop a personalized exercise program that is unique to your bodys needs. It is not required for individuals to be a member of a gym or have fancy equipment to benefit and see results from SmartFITT programming. Our programs are designed to work with the resources that you have available to you. Beth is an exercise physiologist board certified through the American Society of American Society of Exercise Physiologists. She earned both her Undergraduate and Graduate degrees in Exercise Physiology from the college of St. Scholastica. Through SmartFITT, Beth works to improve the quality of life of individuals using safe, efficient and effective exercise. Beth's extensive training in metabolic analysis and physical adaptations to exercise, or lack of exercise, allows her to measure what your body needs and create an exercise plan that is appropriate for you. As a member of the American Society of Exercise Physiologists, Beth is held in the highest standards by their Code of Ethics and Scope of Practice.
