I specialize in working with individuals who, for any variety of reasons, have lost their true sense of self. Together, we will explore the hurts and defense mechanisms that have kept your heart from being fully alive and then move toward healing so that you can live an abundant, whole life.
I am a client-focused, heart-focused counselor. I use both individual and group counseling; mind/body, talk and creative therapies to help the client rediscover self, heart and hope; always knowing that he/she is significant and accepted in the safety of our healing relationship.
Individual, group, 3-4 day intensive and Skype session available.
Specializing in the treatment of issues resulting from childhood abuse, sexual trauma, relationship with a sex addict, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and loss of identity.
Groups offered include: Codependency Recovery, Partners of Sex Addicts and Childhood Sexual Abuse Recovery.
