I Received my training in traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the (Aaron) Beck Institute in Philadelphia. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy by Chares Swensen,MD who helped Marsha to develop this modality. Addition training in Schema Therapy by Jeffrey Young, Ph.D ( who developed it). I also am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing by EMDR-HAP and have more than 25 years experience working at Danbury Hospital in different capacities. I have treated people who are dealing with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and Personality disorders, Educated at Columbia and Fairfield Universities. Most insurances are accepted.
