Family Therapeutic Counseling Matters is a dynamic, new counseling center that offers a broad range of therapy services to individuals, couples, families and other groups. Whether feeling stuck, stressed, stranded or strained, FM is here for people of all ages and circumstances, as well as for families in any life stage or facing whatever challenge.
Sessions are carefully structured to address your specific needs and concerns, using the most up-to-date and effective relationally-based psychotherapeutic treatment models.
In addition to providing general therapeutic care for individuals, couples and families, I also specialize in:
Individuals, couples and families who have a child with special needs. I am uniquely qualified to address the challenges of this population, am published professionally on the topic, and am one of the few counselors to develop and work with a relationally-oriented, research-based therapeutic model that targets the specific needs of this special population.
Christian Counseling. (By request only). I am also an ordained minister with over 16 years of experience and hold another Master's degree in Philosophy of Religion. During my years as a pastor, I worked extensively with Christian life development and mentoring. I have a highly developed method of integrating relationally-based therapy with biblically-based spiritual growth and development.
