I just had my second visit to Dr. Walters within a week, and all I can say is that Dr. Walters and her teams are fantastic! I have visited both the Dillsburg and East Berlin locations, and both are staffed with helpful and friendly staff. They were able to answer my questions and guide me through the visit. The locations are easy to get to, and the offices are clean and well kept. Dr. Walters herself was easy to talk to and informative without being pushy. I have visited 8 different Chiroprators in the last 5 years, and have seen many of them push for intense 3x a week treatments and the purchase of various unneccessary paraphenalia. Dr. Walters worked with me and started me out with 1x a week. Already I can feel a difference. I would definitely recommend Dr. Walters if you're in pain, or if you just like getting aligned!

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Shannon Walters, D.C. explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
