So Dr. bill was very nice but the facilities are from the 1970's. Office as well as patient rooms are dirty and cluttered. Had 3 visits with Bill first Two were ok. Had another appointment on may 26 at 10 am. Was there at 9:55. Door was locked. Waited until 10:15 actually until 10:10 and left a note. Don't know if he got or not. Sat in my car and waited another 5 minutes and office was still dark. Very very unprofessional. Never received a call from him . should not have to wait out side with severe leg pain and wait for a doctor to show up. Too many other chiropractors in area to deal with this. My time is important too.....
