The philosophy of this chiropractic office is one of "we'll adjust you if you need it and we'll teach you stretches and exercises you can do on your own to stay feeling well." I never feel pressured to set up routine appointments. I like this. Other chiropractors seem to want to set up routine adjustments whether feeling poorly or not. I've had more success here than with other chiropractors.
