Front Desk not professional. Shows favortism among clients. Does not return phone calls and does not honor appointment times. If someone who is more valuable or is worth more money, they will put that person in front of you and will rush you in and not take time to explain things to you. But if the patient is favored, the Dr. will spend 20 to 30 minutes with them, but those who aren't favored get like 5 minutes. He sees the unfavored ones just to collect an easy payment.
