They exaggerated their abilities, and made me think they could do a lot more for me than they actually could. I was given false hope. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member.
