I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made me feel like my condition would worsen if I did not return for follow-up appointments, even though I felt it unnecessary. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.

Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call., I was pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.
