I started seeing Dr. Roth when I was about 21 weeks pregnant, I was in so much lower back and shoulder pain I limped and couldn’t lift my arm past shoulder height, overall I was miserable. To be honest I had never been to a chiropractor before and was actually deathly afraid of them, I thought they would break my neck. Dr. Roth explained everything so I would understand and talked through the first adjustment so I would relax. It’s been about a month now and I feel so much better it’s insane, my shoulder works like normal, I can sleep, I can walk without limping right away it’s amazing. I extra super recommend if you are expecting!!!!
