They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
