I have been going to Dr. Rump in Lima, for 6 years now. He is a great doctor; his secretary Haley is a B****. Every time I call she is snotty to me and always short; with yes or no. She acts like she is better, but when you go in, her attitude is totally different like she puts a front up in front of Dr. Rump. He must not see this side of her and I have heard from several others they are going elsewhere due to her treating people bad. I have found a diff Dr. due to her and her nastiness. Sorry Dr. Rump, but you need a new secretary; she is killing your business. Dr. Rump your awesome; Haley you need customer service classes!!!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Rump to everyone of all ages. Dr. Rump is highly educated in alternative chiropractic techniques that takes out some of the twisting and cracking. He is down to earth and makes you feel more like family than a patient.
