I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I've never had to worry about them not being able to help me right when I need it. They are very knowledgeable and qualified. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
