Dr. Steve is the best! chiropractors I was a tough case with four bulged disks and two pinched nerves which were totally enflamed when I came to him this past May. Pain meds had stopped working and I could not function. Having just had two knee replacements neither the doctors not I were ready to put me under the knife again. Despite this, he took me on and worked patiently with me. By mid summer I was doing a lot better and now I am off the pain meds and functioning again! The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was. I still see him when needed and for tune-ups.

The quality of service has declined considerably at Dr. Steve's office. Two years ago, the waiting room was always packed because he overbooked patients, so you could easily wait for 45 minutes for your appointment. People started leaving in droves, so it became easier to get an appointment. But then he started cutting back on service and the quality of care suffered. Staff suddenly started leaving and were replaced with administrative people, not those who were properly trained in doing ultrasound and e-stim, so if there wasn't someone there to do it, he simply didn't offer it, even if you were in pain and clearly needed it. The vibe completely changed in the past year, and I, like many others, eventually left for a different practice. It's a shame what's happened there.
