I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
