Dr. Keen was recommended to me by a friend after my regular chiropractor whom I had seen almost monthly made my shoulder feel worse than it had been. After seeing Cliff I have never looked back. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything (almost to the point that you get lost in the conversation :) He is very gentle and uses the activator and doesn't believe in jerking your body around. He is very precise about what joints and bones he is adjusting. The level of professionalism could be better but I don't mind because Cliff makes you feel like family. He is excellent at what he does and I will probably die the day he decides to retire.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
