I was surprised at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. I've not seen an employer treat their staff in this manner in quite some time. I was going 3X a week and they were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. There was plenty of available parking at their office. It's been many years since I was under Dr. Porteous' & his staff's care, however, I will go back when the need necessitates.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I WISH I STILL LIVED IN O.C. . I STILL CALL DR. P. WHEN I AM IN O.C. AND HE ALWAYS MAKES TIME TO SEE ME..
