I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
Not only that, but as for the other reviewer, dude, you realize we are all in there because our backs or necks hurt...of course we're aggitated, Im down right cranky when my neck hurts. I'd be worried if there weren't anyone in the lobby, that would scare me. (I got my free massage, masseuse coulda used a lil more pressure, but it was free, so Im not complaining)

This guy is a quack!!! BEWARE!!! Don't be lured in by the free massage offer! Verbally abusive to me and other patients. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Unethical billing practices.
