My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned John Hertz, D.C. is for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased!
