I'm 77 and have several issues that seem to be common among my age group – Diabetes, pain related to foot neuropathy, afib, HBP, etc, etc. The foot pain has been around about 7 years and was getting worse, interfering with sleep, continual pain that wears out your patience, and I am done with it.

I went to several doctors through the years, but none of them had any answers “curing” the condition, That's not part of their model. Just insulin, gabapentin, etc. Treat symptoms, give him pills, pat him on the back and send him home. Oh yes, and make another appointment. After decades of this failed approach. I felt like their personal piggy bank, with no results and a ton of other issues caused by the meds which required more meds to counteract the first meds. Get me off this merry-go-round.

So I changed my approach. I came to the realization that I alone am in charge of my health. Not some medical professional, lawyer, or family member with a lot of unwanted opinions.

So I prayed for guidance – part of my belief system – and went searching for answers anywhere.

I came across an ad online from a Chiropractor, Dr Todd Singleton. I called him. He said he had a treatment for neuropathy foot pain. He said to visit his office for a consult and he'll show me what it is, free of charge.

To be clear, in this day of lawsuits over a wrong word here or there, I'm NOT recommending anyone do anything about seeing anyone for any kind of treatment. I'm sharing the events of my search.

So I visited his office, met him, listened to what he had to say. He was using a nutritional approach to improve gut health and soaking my feet twice a day for 30 minutes with electrodes in the water to stimulate nerve growth, a device called a Rebuilder – a TENS - type apparatus, if you're familiar with those.

So I liked the systemic approach. I noticed after decades of visiting traditional doctors that they would all treat me like I was either a heart, or a lung, or as blood pressure, or as metabolic syndrome, and so on. Kind of a parts model. But when one part is focused on the system would be thrown off balance and then the wild ride would begin. I liked Dr Singleton's systems approach.

Meeting him was important to me. He's smart, personable, relatable, very skilled and is a trainer of other medical professionals for over 20 years in his systemic approach. After listening to him, reading his materials and seeing his treatment plan, seeing the results he was getting, I signed up for the 6 month long Home Neuopathy Program which included owning the Rebuilder so I could continue using it when the program ended. A nice touch.

So it took me about 7 years of physical decline to get me in the painful fix I'm in. I was skeptical that any treatment plan could have any effect on my pain level after 6 months. Things like this can take time. I know that. But the parts approach wasn't working, and if the systemic, gut-health, Rebuilder stimulation of nerves approach could show ANY improvement, then at least I would be on a track that would potentially lead to a permanent cure. I couldn't continue doing the same thing over and over, year after year, and expect different results. I needed a new approach that was effective.

I'm 3 months into the Home Treatment Program and the pain is going down! How exciting that is. I can get to sleep at night. And he has a cream to apply topically to my feet that helps if the pain is too high. Overall I'm quite surprised by such fast results and am holding my breath that it continues to improve in the next 3 months of treatment. It's the first thing that has ever worked. The systemic, gut-health approach Dr Singleton has developed rocks so far.

Again, I have no idea if his approach will work for anyone else. In my opinion you are in charge of your own health. No one else is. It's free to meet him in his office and check him and his system out for free. You don't have to believe anything I say or act on any information I just gave you. But he is available for a free consult and you can decide for yourself. Good luck to everyone on your chosen health journey. Regards - Craig

Quack - Had my credit rating and supplements waiting for me when I was on the way out of the office and had not agreed to purchase anything. This guy should be selling used cars.
