Family Network Chiropractic utilizes a chiropractic technique called Network Spinal Analysis (“NSA”). Its a very gentle technique implemented to change the way your nervous system functions and reorganizes.
As an infant when the world revolves around us and is not doing what we want, we begin to make decisions about what it means and create the first patterns of defense in our bodies that then take the stress and turn it into tension, distorting the way our bodies hold, breathe and adapt.
Then as we grow we take on the patterns of defense and interactions with the world that our parents, family and the people we look up to use in handling stress and turning it into tension. These patterns are then stored in our bodies.
NSA utilizes a light force to cue the brain to create new spinal and nervous system strategies. As our nervous system learns to function at a higher level it is able to integrate the sub-systems of the body again so that they function together and reorganize.
You end up more adaptable physically, emotionally and chemically and capable of being able to respond easier and quicker to internal and external stimuli and stress.
