They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.
