He is board certified and also on the Arkansas State Board Of Chiropractic Examiners - the department that grants licenses and oversees regulation of chiropractic professionals in the state. Dr. Barnett is the investigation officer for the board. He conducts investigations, peer reviews and insurance consultations. Dr. Barnett was the first chiropractor in Arkansas to earn a Masters Certification in Spinal Trauma Rehab Therapy. Dr. Barnett is certified as a Chiropractic Independent Medical Examiner. Dr. Barnett can provide independent medical exams (IMEs), medical evaluations, impartial examinations, independent medical assessments, vocational assessments, functional capacity evaluations, impairment ratings, second opinions, return to work evaluations, or fitness for duty exams to evaluate the extent of disability, permanent impairment or injuries. He is certified in Electrophysiological Evaluation (EMG). Dr. Barnett graduated from Life University in Atlanta. Life Universitys chiropractic program is nationally recognized for training excellence. Dr. Barnett has applied his expertise by serving on the Arkansas State Medical Advisory Committee, the National Board of Medical Examiners and Fellow International Licensing Board.

Dr. Barnett is a great doctor with a great staff. He personally talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule.
