Corey Loftus is a private yoga teacher for Studio Anya, House of Jai, Manhattan Movement and Arts Center and has a wide variety of clients in Manhattan and Queens. He has been teaching since 1999, and is trained in pilates, thai massage and hap-ki-do as well as yoga. At Anya, his clients can work on the pilates reformers or chairs, which build postural and deep structural muscle. These support fluid movement when engaging in a large range of motion.
