If anyone is using food for other than fueling their body, I believe there are emotional issues attached to it. This program in a very subtle way builds self-confidence to make right choices. It is not intimidating and the changes are gradual so you can ease into your new of life than a piano falling on your head. It’s not about losing weight, its about feeling good about yourself and finding your self esteem --- the losing 38 lbs for me is a bonus.
