They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They made sure every question I had was answered thoroughly, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Farag is a WONDERFUL doctor. I am very critical of professionals and don't like many doctors etc. I am so glad I found him. I look forward to going. He is a great doctor the best I have ever had:)
