Are you struggling with a personal issue that nobody seems to understand? If you're wondering how your life has taken such an unexpected turn, I can help. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I will help you navigate through difficult life transitions and regain your best sense of self. I have successfully met the professional counseling standards established by the National Board for Certified Counselors and in so doing have earned recognition as a National Certified Counselor.

My practice is focused on adults, couples, and children age 8 and up. I have extensive experience treating people with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, disabilities, substance abuse/dependence disorders, and personality disorders. Therapy is provided on an individual, family and couples basis. I utilize cognitive/behavioral and insight oriented treatment modalities.

Additionally, I provide LLPC supervision to Counselors wishing to obtain their LPC license.
