They paid close attention to me and all of mDr, Klein himself is a good doctor and a likeable person. However, the office seems to be about churning as many people in an out to make as much money as possible. In the process, people come without appointments and therefore make people who actually have appointments wait when they shouldn't have to. Not only that, but the clinic is then understaffed so twenty year old interns from FAU end up doing almost all of the work.
I have nothing against young interns but that is not what I signed up for. There are hundreds of doctors offices where I would have the actual doctor working on me and not have to settle for the interns doing the work.
Until this office changes its policies about letting anyone come at anytime, no appointment needed, and having Dr. Klein doing most of the work instead of brand new, young interns, I would recommend elsewhere. y questions were answered.
