Although, Coila was trained in Swedish and Therapeutic massage, she also incorporates a variety of modalities in her therapy sessions. ie: some reflexology, acupressure to release knots and tights areas, range of motion and assisted stretching. Massage proves to be a reliever of stress and can help alleviate general aches and pains, an overall sense of well-being, improving the quality of life.
Outside of her training in massage, Coila has been practicing yoga since 1999. Coupled with her education in massage and her background in yoga, she often recommends gentle stretching exercises to further benefit her clients' progress while at home. She truly believes gentle stretching is a key to maintaining the health and integrity of the human form...helping a person to feel younger, becoming more free from everyday aches and pains.
Coila Evans has worked in the massage therapy industry in the Roundup, Mt. area part time for the past five years. Working with the nearby Runamuck guest ranch, and the local Chiropractor, Dr. Dale Speiser, has afforded her great opportunities for putting her skills into practice.
