As a Licensed Professional Counselor I aim to help children, adults and families overcome a wide range of challenges. My experience has led me to work with clients to identify not only their struggles, but also their strengths. I believe that an increased understanding of personal strengths gives clients the tools they need for long-term change. My education, including a Masters degree in Holistic Counseling and experience as a personal trainer, allows me to utilize a holistic perspective while working with clients, incorporating mind/body integration when appropriate.

My specialties include family and relationship issues, as well as working with adolescents who are experiencing a wide range of struggles.
