They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
