Jenny has a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from LSU and a Masters of Science degree from TWU. She has over 6 years experience working with children utilizing play therapy techniques. Her experiences as a school counselor and private practice counselor for over six years, have provided her with the opportunity to work with many different cultures. These experiences have allowed Jenny to help families and individuals explore new ways to cope and deal with challenging issues.

Jenny believes in the value of every person and she focuses her counseling on that belief. Her preferred counseling approach is client-centered which means she listens compassionately to clients and helps them to develop goals. Jenny differs from some counselors because she uses a variety of theories and therapeutic techniques. She offers a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, Jenny works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are hoping to accomplish.
